What do I do about a booster I paid for & didn't get?

This "no internet" problem with Candy crush soda is becoming a bigger problem. I constantly get "no internet" errors during gameplay when there is absolutely no problem with my internet or my connections. It interferes with contest updates and as a general pain in the butt, but this is the first time it has actually cost me money. I see that this is a problem with a lot of people on here, I would either like a refund or I would like to receive what I paid for.

@Dread_Pirate_Roberts Hi and welcome, The community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
Or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.

Just make sure you check the item "Purchased items not received and include an explanation of what happened.

To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

Please if you send an email, please lift it and if you don't get an answer after 3 days, send this email again. Please include your ID number. You can find them in the profile and above under the orange king sign.

I just paid £3.99 TWICE to get gold bars and boosters, I had received only 10 gold bars, and did not get any of the boosters at all.
What happened to any of the boosters and the 10 gold bars I paid for? If this continues, I will not spend any money on any of the purchase from king anymore
