What do I do about a booster I paid for & didn't get?

This "no internet" problem with Candy crush soda is becoming a bigger problem. I constantly get "no internet" errors during gameplay when there is absolutely no problem with my internet or my connections. It interferes with contest updates and as a general pain in the butt, but this is the first time it has actually cost me money. I see that this is a problem with a lot of people on here, I would either like a refund or I would like to receive what I paid for.

    @Dread_Pirate_Roberts Hi and welcome, The community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information.

    If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.

If you both follow the directions above, your request should get received by Customer Support and they will be able to get your missing boosters.

    Just make sure you check the item "Purchased items not received and include an explanation of what happened.
