Why do my soda bottles all disappear when i lose and my husbands goes down one at a time ?

If i have 10 bottles and i lose 1 level all my bottles disappear, my husband and i both play this game. He has more options then i do and when he loses his bottles go down one by one we only have a 5 level difference.. Can u please explain that.. He wins with 3 stars he is on the 3rd bottle i win with 3 stars i go up one bottle at a time... Makes me not want to play cuz its not equal.

@Cateyes6787 Hi and welcome, i believe this is because the game team are testing out 3 different versions of the Rainbow streak feature

(1) Losing entire Soda bottles with just one loss;

(2) 10 Bottles instead of 5;

and (3) the other test with just 3 bottles.

That is the new thing now. the studio is testing the feature. i don't like it either. lose all bottles after one game, that is not right. i hope the studio will change it back.

I do not like losing bottles. I work hard for them and in one swoop they are gone. I am not a real good player but I do like getting bottles to help me. Then you lose one game and they are all gone. Not fair. Makes me want to stop playing all together. Please go back to the old way of losing one at a time!

That is ridiculous. When you gain, you only gain one at the time, but when you lose, you lose all the time. Whoever came up with this should be fired. I will definitely will not playing if this is the direction the game will be.

I’m at Level 4998 on Candy Crush Soda and am getting tired of losing all my bottles when losing a game. Testing shouldn’t last over 4 years!! Please fix this problem. Clearly I’m not a Newbie

This is ridiculous. As soon as I got to level 4000, I started losing all bottles after losing one level. Not spending another dime on this crap
