I switched to a new phone earlier this week. I used to be able to watch ads for more moves and other bonuses, but haven't been getting the ads since the new phone. Can you help me?
I wish everyone good luck and hope that those of you who have lost the ability to watch ads, get the feature back. But be aware - besides being a test feature - it is not available to everyone and some people may not get it back for awhile (or until it is made available to everyone).
I play many King games and have never had the opportunity to watch ads for boosters or extra moves etc. However on a few other games I play - I can watch ads - so it is definitely a random process.

Their team is still testing this new feature that's means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone and selecting some players randomly as it tested. 🤔

Watching ads is a bonus feature and not permanent part of the game and therefore not available to all the players on all the devices. So you please keep your game up to date and be hopeful that it might come back to you in future. But bonus features are not guaranteed to always stay in the game. These features can simply disappear or be replaced any time.

I think it might take some time to see the ads again. On my game, it was missing for about 2 weeks.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
