"No connection" message for over 2 weeks now

Ever since I updated the app over 2 weeks ago, I keep getting the "no connection" message. My internet is fine and I can play my other games just fine. I updated the app again today, hoping the issue would be solved, but no, same problem. Is this issue going to he fixed? I do not want to uninstall and reinstall, as I will lose the boosters I've worked so hard for, hundreds of them. If this can't be fixed and my boosters will be lost, I'm done with the game. Help please!

    This problem is known and is being worked on. Please keep your device up to date. 100% internet or wifi connection. Check for updates and clear the cache. If you macxhst all that, you are on the safe side !!

    Are you playing on iOS device?

    if you do, you can saved the game on iCloud and you should not lose your rewards. That is what I was told.

    No connection for almost 2 weeks; that sucks!! Another thing that sucks with the toffee fair is we got teammates and these events come and go as they please so sometime we or maybe even our teammate maybe in a position where we get this connection error msg or the event is not visible after we choose the tile so it shows like we blocked them! But neither are they or we at fault all the time. This really needs to be fixed!!!

    I appreciate the advice here, but I've tried all of it unfortunately. App is up to date (one of the updates is actually what broke my game), cleared the cache, restarted phone multiple times, internet on phone is perfect (I can play my other games just fine). If I have to delete the app, it's staying deleted since I will lose the over 1,000 boosters I earned and that's not fair. So bummed, used to LOVE this game.

    This game has gone downhill since earlier this year for me. You are right about the updates, fix one bug and create 2 more bugs. 🙄 I also used to love this game too.
