"No connection" message for over 2 weeks now

Ever since I updated the app over 2 weeks ago, I keep getting the "no connection" message. My internet is fine and I can play my other games just fine. I updated the app again today, hoping the issue would be solved, but no, same problem. Is this issue going to he fixed? I do not want to uninstall and reinstall, as I will lose the boosters I've worked so hard for, hundreds of them. If this can't be fixed and my boosters will be lost, I'm done with the game. Help please!
