I have not been receiving my gold bars. I finished 1st the last week of the 3 week period before the one that ended yesterday, no bars. I finished 1st the first week and the third week of the last 3 week period that ended yesterday, still no gold bars. I did receive bars for being one of the winners of the Who am I challenge but none for the weekly contest. Sorry I know that's not really a question but kinda is.

Do you have any screenshots? And can you please give us your player ID? You can find it HERE.

Also, can you please try to open the game in an incognito window and play from there? This can help identify the problem. 😊

Very sorry for your reply! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prize not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
