Very sorry for your problem! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Very sorry about that but sometimes lose connection with the server can cause no connection. So please do the standard troubleshooting tips by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and hopefully this time you will have access to the store.
If you still have some issue please tell us what message you get while trying to connect or better if screenshot is available.

I believe you do this to extort more purchases from your players. Always happens...I have checked my connections and did the troubleshooting...this happens too often when computer is working fine and all other games ( except CC Soda, which I have the same problem with) work.

maybe try diff strategy. What are you buying at the end of game? More gold bars for more moves?

Yes unfortunately there are connection issues lately in Soda game which i am sure King Studios are working hard. But as you mentioned yourself that you are trying to purchase and it didnt go through so how it can be a tool to generate more purchases. Hopefully the connection issues will be overcome by the studios.

@csocop1 Hi and welcome, Apologies but the issue is known by the game studio and is currently awaiting a fix, this problem also exists in the saga game for some people as well. They are working on a fix for this but the issue is taking a lot longer than expected to rectify. Hopefully this will be soon but unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this
