Hello, I tried all of the steps above, no change in connection issues message.

can not log in and I never logged out but I was able to change my password. Please help as I am losing my lives and boosters I paid for each second I can’t play the game, thank you very much!!

Please go to the help center. Either in your game or here on this page. Look for your problem. Otherwise you have to uninstall and reinstall it. Only when uninstalling can booster and life be lost, as it does not save your device.
