Well I'm new to the discussion forum, and I didn't screenshot the "Congratulations" msg prompt towards being a Founder, and I am only seeing a yellow frame around my avatar/pic now but I will attach the screenshot of that. Just to reiterate, I am new on this side of the gaming experience so please don't hesitate to let me know if I didn't do something correctly, please. I was told to upload my screenshot "properly". Okay. But fyi you need to make your instructions clearer. This isn't plain enough. As evidenced by the sheer confusion in these comments.
(Oh and I did try it failed, repeatedly on th he first take)

Please accept my apologies for the delay. It looks like there was an issue with the "frame delivery"- that's why some of the screenshots we're receiving don't show the Founders' Frames, and that means we cannot add the badge to your profiles- just yet!
It should be working by now, so please restart the app- your brand new frame might need some time to arrive, but it surely will! 😊
