Respect- I didn't get my purchased items

You shouldn't call a player a lie when they are good enough to make purchases. I made about 3 or 4 purchases and didn't receive the items from one time. I contacted support and sent the receipts. I was told that I received my items! So that's basically calling me a lie!!!It's a really good idea to treat people that do buy items with respect! I still don't have my items so I guess that makes King a theif!

    Hello and welcome to our beautiful community

    Please always take a picture of before and after the collection. When you have bought it and take a picture there too. You have to wait 3 days until you get the answer. First comes an automatic one where you have to answer. Put everything in addition pictures and receipt. Ideally, your ID number to check.

We are only here to give help and support and can only advise on certain issues, unfortunately purchases is one of the things we do not deal with.

    Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to hear you had some issued with your purchases. We cannot handle these issues, they're handled by our Player Support team, and they're the only ones who can review your purchases. 😊

    You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

    @tanmoore69 if i were in your position, i'd contact the people who handled your app purchases like google play or apple app store. they will refund your money fast.
