Hello @judysclark Please try the standard trouble shooting - log out of the game, clear game cache, restart the device and log in to check if you received what you purchased for.Sometimes it just takes a while to show up in the game.
If that does not help please email Player support directly from the game.Go to the game settings > Help Center > Purchases & Gold Bars > Contact us and send them an email. They'l help you retrieve incomplete purchases. Good luck!
