Let me tag our Game Expert @Yosca, she uses iPad, so can help you out better.
Loading issues, are normally issues with the device. So be sure your device is up to date, with latest "Firmware" & "Software". Firmware has more to do with the hardware of the device, like your Bios on PC. Software deals with the (OS) Operating System of the device.
Look at "About" on the device. Will give info on what you currently have on it. Then go to your online site for it, for any updates.

Be sure to give @Yosca the device version you use or are on. The more details you give, the easier to help you out. Any "Error Codes" you may have got, etc... Screenshots are always helpful on issues.

Also, be sure you use the same email account you used before, in order to get your previous progress / levels. Along with "Syncing" up accounts on King with Facebook, if you use it, & finally "Syncing" up "All" the devices you use on King Games.

Hello and welcome to the Community @oreofletcher . Do you still have a problem with not loading on iPhone? Do you have the latest updates from game and device? And also make sure you have enough free space, at least 2 GB. I have checked on iPad and don’t have any problem with loading. Yesterday I had, so if I have that problem I always log out and make a restart of my iPad (I use to think device and servers can’t find each other and when I do that, I have no problem anymore ). Game version: 1.182.7 device: OS 14.2
