Daily and level rewards have disappeared. Not receiving special events
The level rewards have disappeared.
Special events are not appearing.
Friends and team don't show.
I have deleted the game from my facebook account, cleared the cache and browsing history, closed the browser, cleared temp folders, restarted the computer, added game back to facebook.

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Special Event Problem" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

By the way, these features are still tested and selected some players only who have these features that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly.

Please play a few levels and it may update. Sometimes it's just a time lag. With the events, they come and go. There is nothing you can do about it. As it is given randomly selected groups of players. I hope it helps you!!
Question: Do you only play on the PC or do you still have a mobile device? Because the functions and events can still be present there. The cake event is over.

@Katrena Hi and welcome, You have done everything you can possible do to get your game running as best as possible, but when this is done sometimes it may take playing a few days for some of your events to appear back in your game. Please remember that not every event is available to everyone and the groups are randomly picked for these features, so there may be features you will not get .
