Sorry for the incorrect game name in the title. I tried to reproduce the problem, but ran out of lives without reproducing it or passing the level.

Thank you for submitting your Screenshot. I checked the level again according to the screenshot and thought it was probably an app error. That’s why despite not breaking the licorice Laces, you’ve reached the upper stage.

Now you need to follow the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If you do not find a solution to your problem through the above steps, then you need to reinstall the app after uninstall. (You will lose all stored booster for uninstalling the app)

My screenshot was taken when it was showing me the board when I started playing the level. It wasn't taken during game play. As for game play, when the issue happens, I've destroyed the visible pink licorice. The bear reaches the top of the screen and stops.
