I think it would be a good idea for all of the team to be on the same level at the same time. For example Dave is on level 431, so the rest of the team plays level 431 until one of the teammates finishes the level. For example Lauren defeats level 431 and thenn the whole team advances to level 432 and so on and so forth. This makes it so that the team gets to comptete as one unit against all of the other teams.
