Welcome to the sweet King community. I think you're talking about Candy Crush Saga right? You are on the Candy Crush Soda Saga forum. But it doesn't matter, it works the same for both games. Both the daily power wheel and other features and temporary events of the King games are test functions that the Studio randomly launches to groups of random players, so they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes it's up to some and other times it's up to others.

Believe you mean either "Daily Bonus" on Soda, or "Booster Wheel" on Saga, you can spin 1x every 24 hours. This forum is for (CCSS) "Soda".

Your question has been asked before by the players, & answered by our Spanish GE Ambassador above. On "Bonus" things, they can come or go, be a test, or have a limited time frame on them.

If not sure, where you are at, can look above, has name of game listed, or URL will have addy of the game listed.

Click "Games" at top, pick your game, then go to the forum, thread, discussion, contest, etc... you want. Always read *Page 1, first, it is the key to posting.

These are trial versions, but check your game for updates and turn your device off and then on again. You may have a temporary problem.

You cannot access the Daily Wheel if your game is not fully connected to the server and in this case, you can solve your problem by following the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Also, you can show me a screenshot of the problem, then we can give you more helpful informations.

Hi and welcome, if the troubleshooting steps shown by @Sukanta_Biswas do not work, it is not an issue, because it is available to only a portion of players, that way everybody gets a good experience and it's fair.
