Is anyone else having issues collecting the rewards on the new Frosty Festival event? I passed a few of the challenges Sunday and never got the points to show up although the new challenge appeared. By the way thanks for returning Bubble Gum Hill, loved playing it again even if I didn't win!

Hi John, I’m also happy to see BGH. But about your question, no, I was able to collect rewards on the festival event. You may want to log out and log back in. Sometimes that works. Good Luck!

I have no problem with Frosty Festival . just make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. , Congrats for Bubble Gum Hill

Hello @JVO123 What I see in my game is, when I’ve finished a level, Frosty Festival opens, and the points are already added, sometimes the number lighted for a second... I think, while playing points are added. Hope this makes some sense.
