I never get any point credit when I complete the task. The credit is taken from me and goes back to zero🤬

I’m not sure what the problem is. You get candy canes for completing a task. But You don’t win anything yet. Before you can collect any rewards you have to get 150 candy canes. 150 canes per level. I hope that makes sense.

For some tasks you have to do several of the same until the position is completed and you get the number of points. When you have reached 150 points, you will receive a reward and it will show you the 2 round in the top right of your picture. Then it goes from 0 to 150, to the 3rd round and the third reward

Frosty Festival event data is stored locally on device memory and if you log out of the game or uninstall the game app, the progress of the event will be completely lost.

If that doesn't happen, please let me know again.
