Frosty festival
Why do I have to keep going in and starting the frosty festival to be able to receive my bonuses? I will think that I am signed in and have pressed go multiple times and then find that the task that I thought I had completed on a particular level is not completed at all because I was not logged in.

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Usually you don't have to click start. It should recognize and credit the tasks that are given. You may just have to complete several of the same tasks before the bonus points are awarded. It could be due to a short-term bad internet connection that was not registered
