I was wondering why the video ads for boosters and the extra moves both disappeared?
I was enjoying killing on this game and couldn’t have done it without the booster ads. One day, I made the mistake of buying some boosters. Now the booster ads have stopped completely.
This doesn’t encourage me to buy more boosters. It encourages me to stop playing altogether and delete the game.
Can you please bring back the ads to Candy Crush Soda? I've had them for a long time & then one day just poof they were gone. I've tried the fixes that have been suggested & nothing works. I believe they were removed as with anything the company wants players to pay for everything which is difficult if you can't afford that, of course this is my opinion. Thanks for listening.
I made a purchase also in the game and all of a sudden the ads disappeared!! Started to look for other games as this is frustrating being on the same puzzle for days and not getting anywhere 😒

Hi there @Elleni39 Consider yourself lucky because you had ads for a long time 🤗! I started playing this game in February 2015 and have never seen ads. Still, I'm at the end of the map, never purchased but because of the (timed) boosters I've received in 4 in a Row, Teams, Kimmy's Arcade, Seasonal Events etc.
Make sure your game and device has the latest updates and hopefully you’ll see the ads back soon 😃
My ads. Have been gone for almost 2 months now!.. in the beginning of July they left n never came back..no matter what i did it didn't work..im a loyal player since this game came out in November of 2014.. n this is what i get??.. are they ever gonna come back??.. the most they ever were gonna was for a month but 2 months, this is ridiculous!..i can't beat any levels without these ads..
Bring them back please!..im tired of beginning stuck on the same level for days!.. almost 8 years of every single day playing n this is what i get!

I'm sorry to hear the feature you like is currently missing in your game. It often happens in players' games and it frequently comes back. Reasons are detailed in @Freddy_ answer.
We players can do nothing on our sides but wait for the feature to come back, provided we keep our games up to date 🙂

Yes, it happens to me again and again that the bonus functions on the mobile device disappear. But they keep coming back. Sometimes after a day, sometimes after a week. Always check for updates.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
@protazerg Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
