Why is there no internet only on this games and how do I fix it

Switch your device off completely and on again, disconnect your device from the WiFi while the game is open and reconnect it to the internet.

@CindySchroeder1969 Hi and welcome, please check your Device and game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the cache entirely, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Also while in the game try disconnecting your wifi for around 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.

If not can you let us know if you are getting any error messages and provide a screenshot if possible

Thank you 🙏 ! It all helped I tried just about all of the suggestions! To b honest I don’t don’t know how I reset it so many times and finally something worked! Thank you so much
