@karen228 Hi and welcome, Can you possibly post a screenshot of ant error messages you are receiving as it may help to advise you better.
Try the standard troubleshooting, check your device and game are up to date , clear cache from app store or browser. log out and restart you device and see if this solves your issue
Also while in the game try disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps
