I am sorry to hear you couldn’t enjoy your purchase. We cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, so please contact our Player Support team from your game (go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars" . Describe the problem and scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us".
You’ll get an automatic reply and if you haven’t heard anything within 3 days then please reply back. Hope they can help you!

That is annoying, unfortunately we cannot help you with payment problems. Only the King support can do that. Here is a link on how to proceed.
