Clearing the cache

Since I accepted the new terms and agreements I was bumped back down to level 1, I was over level 5000. I was told to update the app, which I did) open the app and play the first level, then clear the cache. How do I clear the cache? I want to get back to the level I was.

@Grandma2808 Hi and welcome, you would log out of the game first and then clear the cache from your app store or browser. If you let us know what device you use will try to advise you how to do this. Then after clearing cache you restart your device and log back in and see if your levels are restored and if not then play a level to try to force sync.

If this then did not work you would need to get your levels manually restored

The general terms and conditions always come after you have logged out of the King account. Check your game again whether you are logged into your King account, if you are connected to Facebook, log in to the game via Facebook.

were you able to clear cache in your device and get your levels back?

if you have an email/facebook acoount to save your progress with, you should be able to retrieve all your levels.
