Team progress not recorded
Hi I have several issues with this game. Now my progress with the teams are not recorded, I must enter teams again and again and I never reach the chests with the prizes. Also I'm asking to send confirmation email again and again and it doesn't send it, I checked even into SPAM. Terrible!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear this is happining. Check for your device update and game update. Check if your device has at least 2 BG of free momory. Log out from your game account, clear cache of soda opp (via browser or device settings), restart device and log in. Clear a couple of levels. Also you may try this: close the game, sign out from the wifi or signal, wait 10 seconds, sign in again and open the game. See if these steps solve the issue.

What device and platoform do you play on?
Also, why do you have to enter teams again and again?
What confirmation email are your referring to? the one from King account or community account?

Which device are you playing on?
Try to disconnect and restore the internet connection with the game open.
If you play on the PC, refresh the browser, check if an add blocker is activated
