    Dear @Gumyupawpaw @laley if you uninstall and reinstall you will lose boosters because they are saved in your device memory. So if you uninstall they will disappear. We never recommend to uninstall and reinstall it is always a very last solution. If you have purchased boosters, which you haven’t used yet, you can contact Player Support. I think that is what they meant @Gumyupawpaw when they said they couldn’t find any history.

    I learned that the hard way...I can sort of understand the boosters but how/why lose my costumes? 😪

    I don’t know @laley I would say they are saved in your game account 🤷‍♀️. Maybe @DieOmimi or @MountainMom Friends moderators, can help you with that. But that is something you should ask in Friends Community not in Soda 😉

    @Yosca , I lost all my boosters, the support team couldn’t retrieve them for me, they said they gave me 35 of each boosters, but I never received them. I then spent few hundred goldbars to play Kimmy’s arcade to get more boisters, that was good, but to my horror, when I logged out and logged back in again, all my boosters have gone the second time, that is when I uninstalled the game and put my ipad to factory setting, hoping I can retain my boisters, but NO, I still can’t retain any boosters I earn. I got quite a few boosters when the cake was baked, but that went as well. Now, I dare not log out.

    Fortunetly , I have my mini ipad which I hardly used, but its size is small, I had to use a magnifying glass to play the game.

    There must be at least 8 or 9 emails between me and the support team, at the end I give up.

    That's very annoying @Gumyupawpaw 😢, but one thing is for sure, when you uninstall the game, the information that the game has stored on your device will also be deleted.

    Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then boosters can be lost.

    Gold bars are saved in your account so you won’t lose them by uninstalling and reinstalling. If you have problems with the game we recommend to do the troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King or FB account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

    Clear cache on iPad: Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts). Tap Safari - Scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data' - In the popup, tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.

    If you have few boosters left, you might consider troubleshooting.

    If you got a ticket number from Player Support where they promised you to give you 35 boosters of each, you could reply on that e-mail. If you still don’t get a response you might try this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact Don’t forget to mention the ticket number and your Game ID.
