Hello and welcome to the Community @Sheila_Muspratt I am sorry to hear you had a problem with your purchase 😔. Here in the Community we do not handle it but Player Support does. Best way to contact Player Support is directly via your game: click on the blue gear, click on question mark, click on Purchases & Gold Bars , scroll down and click on “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. In the meantime you can try the steps below:
