Not to nag, message
Every time I get the not to nag, but if you tell me your name, we can play together message, it won't let me enter a name. I click on the text box expecting to see the blinking | but it just plays a sound effect. It then comes up with a message saying if you change your mind just look for the King account symbol, but I don't see one in the game. This is not the first time this is happened because it has happened every time I get the not to nag message. I'm playing the game on king.com in Chrome.

I do not see that button on king.com when I click the gear. This is what I see:
Now if I were to do that on a mobile device, would it be saved to my king account?

I will try filling in a name on the mobile and see if that takes care of the not to nag message on king.com. I will report back with the results either way.
