Connection issues with Candy Crush Soda

Hi

I always get the notification that I am not connected to the internet even though I am.

In addition, i am not able to join any team.

Deleting the cache did not help and I am using the latest app version of Candy Crush Soda.

I appreciate all advices.

I checked my Internet / Service Provider and everything is ok. There must be a bug or something, does anybody know how to resolve my issue?

Hello @leoleoleo Do you have this connection problem only with the Bake a Cake, to claim the prizes? If so, we have reported this problem and there should be a fix, so you have to check if you have installed the latest update to the game. Let me know so we can help you further.
