Hey All-

Survived the 4th. Made some experimental Carrot cake:

Lab Notes:

• Oven did not explode... Check!
• House did not catch on Fire (my main barometer of success in any venture)... Check!
• Cake did not mutate into homicidal alien monster... Check!
• Nobody died from eating it... Check!

OK, experiment appears to be a success. Further testing may be indicated.
