Where are my gold bars?

I bought a new phone today, my game transferred over to the new phone but all my gold bars are gone, I only had 44 but I need them. What happened to them?

The gold bars should still be in your game.

If you had saved your progress through King.com or Facebook then all your progress and gold bars should have remained in your game. On the other hand all boosters would be gone as they are stored in the old device’s memory.

You might want to contact Player Support directly from your game.

Open your game / Tap on the gear icon / Tap on the “?”/ Select Purchases and Gold Bars / Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on Contact Us / Submit your claim.
