For over. Week it says no wifi but all other games work fine

    Please search for the update and clear the cache and restart. Sometimes it is only for a short time and then it works again. There are always problems with this game. But you get everything when the connection is made. Do not worry!!

    In addition to the standard troubleshooting ⤵️

    Force close the game and any other apps / Check for any updates for your device and game app and install if there are any / Power off and leave off at least 10 seconds / Power back on.

    Also ensure you have enough free memory storage. King Recommends 2 GB free for your device to run smoothly.

    The performance of the game will be affected if you have less than 2 GB of free memory unfortunately.

    I have cleared my cache.

    I have restarted the iPad many times.

    Everything is up to date.

    I have 58gb free storage.

    everything that has been recommended has been done and still it says no connection. Looks like only option is to delete the app which will be devastating unless there is a further suggestion?

    Hi @gowens0 I’m sorry to read that none of the troubleshooting measures seemed to helped fix your issue.


    Have you checked that there aren’t any issues with your Internet Service Provider or WiFi?


    As a last resort uninstalling and reinstalling the game usually fixes most issues. Ensure you’ve saved your game progress through King or Facebook first! Also note that all boosters are normally lost in this process!


    This might or might not help but worth a look ... nothing to lose ... ⤵️
