Path rewards

Hello! I paid to open the premium rewards for the path part that just ended and did not get any of the rewards, I wait until I’m on a higher level and then collect all the rewards but this time it ended while I was on level 15 and I didn’t get to collect any of the premium rewards that I paid $9.99 for. Is there a way to get those back? I waited a couple days and tried to restart my phone and everything else I could find to do first.

    Hello and welcome to the Community @Ccolegrove I am sorry you had a purchase problem. Were you at the end of the path and made the purchase? Or hadn’t you unlock the whole path? The rewards you can receive when the event was finished are only those rewards which you have unlocked. Anyway we can’t handle purchases in this Community due private reasons. I advice you to contact Player Support and see if they can help you further. You can contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

    - Open the game app —> tap on the blue cogwheel

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
