Screen freezing

My screen on my computer and on my mobile have both been freezing constantly. I have not managed to get through a single game. I have removed candy crush and reinstalled and still, it will not work. Help.

Hello and welcome to the Community @Dulcie_Beak I am sorry to hear your game is freezing on mobile and PC. How do you play Soda? Through King or Facebook account? Also what kind of mobile device are you playing?

We ask you to do some troubleshooting too:

• Log out of your game
• Clear cache
• Check game app and device updates
• Power off your device for 1 minute
• Restart your device
• Check you have stable internet connection
• Log into the game
