How do I get my booster that I paid for but did not receive

I need help please. I paid for a booster out of my PayPal account and my Play credit account, but I did not receive it. It was a Divine offer today

Hello @cjsampsonite no worries. First try logout, clear cache, turn off device, then log back in. See if your purchase items show up. If not, you may want to contact players support from your game app. Follow the wheel icon and there is a contact us at the bottom. Good Luck.
