How can I retrieve all my lost lives and boosts because my game crashes over and over w’out starting

My game has been crashing so many times over the last few days- have lost lives, boosts, and many other things I have purchased to enhance my game, would appreciate your advice......many thanks Meg

You can get a refund for boosters and gold from King Support.

Hello and welcome to the Community @Jessalyn . I am sorry to hear you have so many issues with your game 😔. Let’s see if we can get you back on track. To try to find a solution please follow the link here (you can click/tap on the green word “here”) and select your device. Follow the steps and hopefully that’ll stop the crashing.

If you have lost purchases because of the crashing you have to contact Player Support. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
