Hi my Harmony season has said for 2 days I have 2 rewards it will not let me collect them it said I did but didn't

Hello and welcome
When the green bar is and the word "pick up" is shown you can pick it up. It is like this, the bar fills up and at the top when you pick it up is a notice when you can pick it up. You then have to close and reopen the event and only then can you pick it up.
