why does my sons game plays without any problems and for 2weeks now I haven’t been able to play with my team get any rewards ? You keep saying not connected to internet,server,store but yet my son is playing with the same internet and is able to play so I know it’s on your end when will this be fixed? Hello 👋 Welcome to the sweet King Community. My dear, the failure is not in King, it is not a failure of the game, if it were, your son could not play either. They have been investigating for months, but it is a really complex problem, since it occurs on certain devices and only happens sometimes. Please, if after following the troubleshooting steps (log out, clear cache, restart the device, log in) the problem still persists, you can try turning off the Internet connection of your device for a couple of minutes, with the game open. When you turn on the connection of your device it may work. Other players solved it simply by switching from wifi to data or from data to wifi, you have to try all possibilities 🤷

We all regret this problem, but it is the only thing we can do, try anything. Please, we would appreciate if you keep us informed if there are any changes.
