If you’ve completed a quest , first you tap/click on “continue “ . Before playing a level, you need to tap/click on the event icon again. Then you can tap/click “collect” and a new quest will appear.

How come I never get any of these events? And no, I'm not giving you my info. Last time I did that, I got banned for showing what you did.

I don’t understand this quest! I emailed customer service on how to invite a friend to join my soda team, but I have to create my own soda squad team. Does anybody know how to do this? Is that with the quest means?

yes, I think you're right, you need to have the teams feature in your game first, which I assume you don't have, and then create a team, if you don't have it yet and invite a person.
it's an odd request indeed, I'm not even sure if members beside the team owner are able to invite other people. what about members who are not team owners then 🤔
I'd suggest you to skip this quest by clicking the purple button on the left top of the quest 🤔. if it keeps persisting and pops up again and again then please report it here, on this discussion.

I'm still confused. One of the quest requires soda friends to earn the points. Where do I find them?

Soda You find friends when you ask for life.
If they are Soda Team friends, you have to click on the team icon. You can swap the task with the green whistle on the left if it is problematic
