Additional charges applied wrongfully

Hello

On July 13 I charged 6.99 to open my piggy bank on Candy Crush Soda and was charged an additional 3.99 AND an additional 6.99 for a total wrongful charge of 10.98 US dollars. I did not make those secondary charges. Please credit them to my credit card. My profile name is jmun.

Please confirm.

    Hello @jmun I am very sorry you had this issue with your purchase πŸ˜”. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

    - Open the game app β€”> tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tapΒ Β "Contact Us"
