Hi all, may I know the reason why I don't get rewards of Kimmy's Arcade? Notice that I don't get any rewards but I have to pay 32 gold bars. Please clarify this.

Hi Crushers, I’m baffled by what’s happening in my Soda Saga game 🥴 Kimmy’s Arcade: The Swedish fish kept becoming paralysed temporarily-then eventually swam off! This lag happened several times. Then when I finally started my next level (with level 5 Rainbow Streak) my board completely froze?? I’ve checked the available memory & updates-and rebooted my phone. I remain baffled and without my rewards 🥴🤗

I went into Kimmy’s arcade it crashed before I finished so I had to pay to go into it again as soon as it started it went off again and I would now have to pay again and it had nothing to do with my internet hope you can solve this for me
