Can you send me about the information for Facebook has been removed from this game. This game can connection with King account only. No Facebook account. Here is my photo for the problem with sign up a account and Facebook account has been removed from this game.

Here are a number of *URLs below for you. Not really sure, what it is you want. If you have a *Facebook Account, which you start one on *Facebook, can *Sync it to your *King.com Account. If you want to play on *Facebook only, then need to go to King Games on *Facebook!

Hello @Yorben_Goeree You can access your game via Facebook as @Origins7_Dale said: “If you want to play on *Facebook only, then need to go to King Games on *Facebook!”
However, we recommend playing the game via a King account due to problems we see playing the game with Facebook. You can sync your progress between King and Facebook account.
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the King website at King.com
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information

I have the same issue, the FB link is gone from the game. It worked for years, why do you want me to make a king account? And most importantly why does a game account require my real name and display it publicly?

If *King.com removed the *Link, then you must contact *King Support. Web issues are handled there. By making a *King.com account, it allows you to *Sync them. This allows you to get *Friends into your game, along with *Free Lives from both *King.com & Facebook.
Of course, there are issues on it now. Waiting on a fix.
Your *Facebook name or whatever you use is displayed for you, but no *Private info is given to the other players.

You can use the above link to contact support, or use the contact us thru the game.
Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select what you want done and they will be able to give you a solution!
On "Gold Bars" or a "Purchase".

Be sure to answer the automated response you get. I would say "Support" is backlogged now because of the virus. So expect "Delays".
