What to do to retrieve my prizes from the space jam unlock rewards

My unlock prizes didnt come to my account after the time expired.????

Hi @Kymm4 That’s unfortunate because normally whatever boosters and rewards are earned but unclaimed do get added to your game.

If the boosters were from the free side I’m unsure if Player Support will be able to do anything for you but if the rewards were from the purchased Deluxe side they will definitely take care of a purchase.

To contact Player Support:

Open your Game / Select the gear wheel icon / Select the “?” or Help Center / Select Events and Challenges / Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us / Submit your claim and include screenshots if you have any.

Hello @Kymm4 first try logout/login and play a level. If you still don’t see your prizes, then you need to contact players support from your game app. There is a link to email them with purchase problems. Good Luck.
