Is the update a glitch in the game

I looked in my apple store for recent update on candy crush soda saga game it hasn’t updated since 23rd of July the game says you update every week ,I have my settings on automatic updates please update the game ,so we have more things to enjoy in it,

There is not exactly an update every week. This can sometimes be a little longer. I have an iOS device myself, and my latest version is 1.198.3. When your game updates automatically, you don't have to worry about not having the latest version. At the moment there is no event 😊
