This issue is more complicated. Because it might not be the game, but your *Device causing the black screen issue. Do you have screenshots of this? Did you get any *Error Codes, either from the *Device or the game?

There are also *Reset Options available, that reset to the manufactures defaults, for *Devices. Have to check with your *Device Support Site, to see how, & what it does for or too your *Device!
