The bakery has lost internet connection for days and I completed the cake

I did not receive my reward and it keeps resending the messages that I baked the levels and completed the cake over and over again but the cake still shows 90% completed. It’s in a loop and I cleared the cache. Every other feature seems to be working fine.

Hello welcome to the Community You say you cleared the cache. Please try this:

• Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
• Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
• Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.

If you have the option, try connecting your device to Wi-Fi to get a stable connection.
