I'm sorry this happened. Disconnecting and reconnecting again may help you. Please open game, log out from your account, close game, clear cache of your soda app or browser, restart device, open game and log in.

if this keeps happening then it's important to know more about it in order to find a solution:

• where did you earn the bonus from? in what event/feature? feel free to upload a screenshot here. How to take one: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
• is your game updated? is your device software updated?
• what platform do you use to play on? is it app, or king.com (which browser?)
• what device do you use? (name and model)
