Crash when requesting extra moves

4 times tonight when I used gold bars the game froze and took the gold bars but gave me no extra moves, twice when I used 8 bars and twice when I used 10 bars. Why is this happening?

Welcome to the Community @bethele I’ve seen more complaints about the game freezes after buying extra moves, so I will report this. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

Your game ID is a unique code made of numbers, you can find it when you open your account settings and click on the King logo. The logo will disappear and the numbers will show up instead.
