Lost or found- where's my progress?

I was on level 2340 or so and when I started back after 3 days it put me back to level 1..!!! Why????

Do you have a King or Facebook account? In this case your progress is always saved on King servers and can be restored if you log out and log back in.

If you don't have any account to save your progress with, then your progress is lost. You should create an account and then contact player support from your game to have your progress manually restored. To contact Player Support from soda app visit: profile - settings - "?" button - "my game progress" - "how do I save my progress?" - scroll down and click "contact us" - fill in the form and send.
