What platform do you use to play? (app? browser? which browser?) what device do you use? (name and model)
We can check first if troubleshooting steps help and solve this.
- please check if both your game and software device are updated
- check if your device has at least 2 GB of free memory steps
- log out from your king/facebook account - close game - clear cache app or browser - power off your device for a couple of minutes - turn it on - log in
If this doesn't help then I'd advise you to stop watching ads for now and please let me know what is your game user id in case it's needed to investigate this issue. Here's how to find your game user ID

Since I did my update 2 days ago, my game has been crashing every time I try and play. Super frustrating.

Hello and welcome to the Community @mommachoy I’m sorry to hear your game is crashing since the latest update 😕 Please try some troubleshooting to see if that can help:
log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using your cellular data.

Been playing level 2635…at one point I won but then crashed…screen went black and then knocked me out. Since then it has been doing it all night playing level 2635…?.
