How come Soda won't connect to internet but friends, jelly, and saga work just fine?

This problem has been going on about a week now, I thought you might be doing maintenance on soda, thats the only game that won't let me connect so I can't receive gifts, or prizes I won, or bought.

    Welcome to the Community @Dan0707 @kruth78 @BBB1971 @yayaya1 Do you happen to play the game on king.com? There were some issues and we were informed you have to clear the cache and try another browser. The problem should be solved then.

    I’m having the same issue with soda. Can’t connect to the internet. It seemed to happen when I accepted sally as a friend. I lost all my boosters too. Please respond.

    @kruth78 @yayaya1 Did you try the troubleshooting: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and a strong stable internet connection.

    Do you see an error saying try again later? You might try switch off your internet connection - open your game app - before clicking "play!" switch on your connection again - click play button - see if the error stops showing

    I can't connect either. I have tried all the suggestions.

    I fixed it this morning by going in the settings in my apps and hitting reset. Sadly I list a few levels but it showed I haven't connected since 9/17. It's working now
